College Students Training Programs

The College to Corporate Transition (CCT) Program is a special initiative by Falcon Engineers. Under this program, we adopt students in the final year of college and train them . We provide them with technical certified trainings throughout their course. This model not only helps the students to gain complete knowledge within their domain but also provides them with a platform to enter into the corporate world. The main advantage of this program is that since this is a program which runs in sync with the degree course, the student saves on valuable time that he/she would otherwise spend training after completion of the degree. A student who goes through the CCT program is industry ready and has a clear edge over other candidates the moment he/she completes graduation.

The program covers all aspects required for overall mental and intellectual development of a student 

·         CAD/ CAM knowledge includes (Auto cad / Pro e creo/ catia v5/ Ansys / Hypermesh )

·         Knowledge about Tolerances and types of Fits , with there applications

·         Technical Skills about GD & T as per ASME Y14.5M 1994 / 2009

·         Soft Skills required for personality development

·         Corporate Skills to gain an edge over other competitors

·         Management Skills needed to stand out from the crowd

·         Placement preparations - from company profile introductions to mock GDs and interviews
